Spaces
A Space is a dedicated collaborative workspace within your organization. It acts as a central hub for grouping related work, allowing teams to effectively organize and monitor their tasks, checklists, and templates. Every organization begins with a default “General” space that automatically includes all organization members.
Member Invitation
Adding members is a fundamental part of building a collaborative environment on OnBuddy. Depending on the information you have available, you can choose between a detailed manual setup or a quick email-based invitation.
Announcements
The Announcements feature is a powerful tool located in the Activities section of OnBuddy. It allows you to create and broadcast messages to your entire organization or specific groups, ensuring that critical information is always accessible and engaging. Notifications are sent whenever an announcement is published.
Bug Fixes
This release also includes several bug fixes and performance improvements:
- Fixed a bug preventing collaborators that are non admin users from viewing documents in their workspace.
- "Daily Digest" notifications will no longer be sent during holidays
- Fixed a bug preventing the creation of code blocks in rich text documents.
- Fixed a bug causing a column on the kanban board to stretch when the title of a task was long.
